Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Cottage comprises of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 ensuite shower rooms, kitchen, reception rooms and patio for outside dining. A pet is welcome at a fee of £50.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Spa Lodge is close to Bantham beach ,Thurlestone, & Hope Cove. The village of Bantham is less than a mile away, and has the Sloop Inn, village shop & cafe, and on the beach the Gastro bus. The Lodge itself is set in a beautiful private enclosed garden, with an outside Hot Tub & shower . The raised outside deck makes a great place for relaxing & dining, as the views extend over the countryside to the sea & Hope Cove. The location is ideal for exploring this wonderful stretch of coast.

Stable Cottage is a spacious barn conversion in the heart of Thurlestone village, one of several original stone barns within the Church Farm development opposite the fabulous Village Inn, just a few minutes’ walk from the many sandy beaches along the coast of Thurlestone. Attached on one side and the majority single storey with varying levels internally, Stable Cottage hugs the corner of this square of barns, private and peaceful with high ceilings, exposed trusses and beams throughout.

The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
