My favorite? The Santa Fe Cornmeal Pancake! They sounds a bit odd, but they're amazing! be sure to get there early on the weekends if you don't want to wait an hour or so in line outside.

Eclectic little coffee shop. I get an almond milk latte and it's perfect. They're open early but close early, as well. Hours: Mon-Th: 6 am - 4 pm Fri: 6 am - 6 pm Sat: 7 am - 6 pm CLOSED SUNDAY
