We are focused on the experience of our customer —hoping that our products bring nostalgic joy using high-quality ingredients and attention to detail with the baking process. Through our love of baking and feeding people, we want to carb-load as many humans as possible!" Highly highly recommend this place! She uses her grandmothers 40+ year old sourdough starter. Get a traditional neopolitan pizza that will have you thinking how am I having the best pizza of my life in a tiny mountain town. Everything else on the menu is fresh and also equally amazing. Have a cocktail from a large array of options created by a talented mixologist using many hand crafted bitters and simple syrups.
