Closest Concert Venue, 3k. Half of which are seats, rest is the floor. Not my favorite place to see a show, but worth it for the right artist.

Good place to park around the Sunshine Studio.

This venue was recently renovated to showcase its beautiful archtechture and a great place to see a larger show in SF.

Really excellent performing arts center and a magnificent example of Mid-Century Modern architecture. Masonic Museum is really cool. See the Freemasons as they see themselves.
