Best butcher is SD. Call and see if there is the BBQ guy in the alley behind the market - seriously some of the best (secret) BBQ in the county.

Siesel's Meats is a fantastic market. They have a wide variety of meats from kangaroo to elk and a deli for sandwiches and soups in a pinch.
