Ala Moana Center: Good food and service. A lot of local bands perform here.

We can highly recommend the Lava flow for 5$ (Happy hour from 8-11pm).Fantastic! Just be aware that it´s loud in there because of the live Music

A Local Spot that's also good for a cocktail after shopping in the mall, if that's your thing. Listen to Island 98.5 for when local bands are playing. Taco Tuesdays get crowded.

Mai Tai Bar has the "best Mai Tai" on Hawaii. Quality varies a bit, depending on who makes it. But the best Mai Tai is deserved, in my opinion (strong, and good). Food is expensive and average (the food is tasty, just expensive and not outstanding), as is the case for many places right on the beach. There is entertainment, which is often pretty good. I would not eat dinner here, but I would get a late night drink and then walk with my family on Waikiki Beach at night...beautiful, warm and fun.
