Accessible by ferry (NY Waterway - requires you download the app on your phone) Walk around the Seaport in downtown Manhattan , just north of the Financial District. Cobblestone paths and great little restaurants and bars.

walk around the seaport- see the museum and get some great food- a great place to spend a few hours - day or night
