The best restaurant in the area. Everything in this Restaurant hotel is an ode to tradition, art and culture. Every detail communicates the authenticity of this land: the furnishings and materials are Sardinians, chosen from juniper, ancient pottery, brick and white plaster inlaid with periwinkle. Bellissimo ristorante tipico sardo di alta qualità tra Dorgali e Oliena. Beautiful typical Sardinian high quality restaurant located in the hinterland of the Gulf of Orosei between Dorgali and Oliena.

Far more than a stunning hotel, Su Gologone boasts the finest Sardinian food (from its own garden and super local producers), an arts and crafts store featuring glass, ceramic and textile items created on the property, and the largest private collection of 19th- and 20th-century Sardinian art and art inspired by Sardinia. All this set among lush gardens at the base of the majestic Gennargentu range. Go for lunch and enjoy delicate, refined food strictly hewing to Sardinia's culinary traditions while seated surrounded by fine art. Everything here is simply stunning, and no detail has been overlooked. The service is excellent and very welcoming. After lunch, head to the Su Gologone spring just down the road.
