The trails are paved and go all the way to the bird sanctuary at Hayward Regional Shoreline. There is also a one mile loop with a par course and views of San Francisco across the water. If you make a reservation you can picnic and BBQ here.

Marina Park is right by the San Francisco Bay overlooking Oakland Airport, San Mateo Bridge and parts of San Francisco on a clear day.
