If you are a steak lover this is a must-try. Rare has 3 locations in the CBD of Melbourne and any of the 3 branches can do a great deal for any meat lover's tastebuds. If you are going solo or with a group, any item on the menu will leave you satisfied, but if you happen to be going as a party of 2, please try the "CHATEAUBRIAND" on the menu as the platter will be more than enough to share and to sate while keeping the budget to a semi-resonable range for the food you'll be getting. My recommendation: Get the red wine jus with the meat and try the chocolate cake for dessert, they are to die for.
