EFC has something for everyone: large area with free weights and weighted cable machines, a cardio theater (a room with treadmills, bikes, and rowers complete with a giant screen for the movie of the day – details on their website), fitness classes, Zumba, and yoga. Call or stop in, as they usually offer deals for short time visitors.
