This is a tiny eatery with oodles of noodles and flavour. A 20-seat restaurant built around a long table, simple Singaporean dishes and a strong sense of community. They have kept it really simply with a mini hawker style rotating menu (posted on Facebook of just three or four dishes a week) and describe themselves as a kind of community “cook house”, the village kitchen where people meet, talk, and enjoy the food.It has an intimate dining space – with a bookshelf, bespoke furniture and a homely feel. This place is really authentic and really delicious - it gets the thumbs up from us.

"Singapore Heritage Street Food" - well worth phoning ahead with your order as this place is open until it sells out! A great experience to dine in (if there's a seat) but equally good to takeaway!

Right here in the village; made by villagers! Delicious authentic Singapore food available as take away Wednesday to Friday evenings. Checkout weekly menu on their Facebook page and message to order in advance (necessary).

Simple things in life are often the best. And that is what Lot 8 is for me. It is where you go to fill up your tummy with great food that warms up your heart as well. Place your order in advance and pick up only.
