ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FRENCH BAKERY in town!! If you're craving a little bakery sweets, Herve makes the best in town hands-down. You can find him at the actual Utopia location just 100 meters north-east of Banco Nacional or find him at Mercadito after 11am every day. TOP 3 RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Chocolate-Almond Croissant 2.
