"As with everything we do, our breads, pastries, and pastas begin with ancient grains, stone ground to preserve nutritional value and, most importantly, flavor. Then we use traditional methods — fermenting our dough, extruding our pasta through brass dies — to create products that are healthy, and incredibly delicious."

This Perry District restaurant is really invested in local. All their grains are grown within a few miles of the place! Their breads are unique and very tasty. I suggest the farmers breakfast, which is a unique version of avocado toast and when I want a healthy brunch, it’s perfect! Also, the Perry District has a lot of fun local things to do, so I eat before going to them!

One of our most favorite places to get lunch or dinner. Another level of food here, you MUST try it for yourself. Pizza nights on Monday's are the best, but we also recommend Falafel night on Wednesdays. Dog friendly patio! Beers are super unique and made form local grains and spent bread doughs! Not your typical brewery.

One of our top favorites! Go for the bread stay for the beer!
