Take the ferry across the bay from the Embarcadero and visit Coronado Island. You can rent bikes here and there is a great bike path along the island heading South with beautiful views of the bay and the island. There are numerous places to eat, shop, get ice cream or a drink near the ferry landing on Coronado Island.

You can catch a ferry to beautiful Coronado Island from the convention center! It's a 10-minute walk to the ferry landing near the convention center. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes, and on the Coronado side, you can rent bikes or visit one of the many restaurants and boutiques. There are also beautiful beaches on the west side of the island.
