The richness of Dalmatian Zagora cuisine stems from its geographical, national and cultural diversity. This cuisine has been influenced in rich and different ways – it appeared as a characteristic mixture of Bosnian-Herzegovinian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Why locals love it? There are two restaurants of the same name. The other one is in the area of the Upper town Zagreb and is very popular among tourists. But this one is well-known among locals, and since it was opened first, it is considered "the original" Didov san. Why you should visit it Because it's good. The food is great, inspired by traditional Croatian cuisine from Dalmatinska Zagora region. Accordingly, interior design is inspired by traditional motifs. Special tip If it's too pricey for your budget, at least treat yourself with tasty "Ustipci with cheese" accompanied by a glass of house wine.

This Upper Town tavern features a rustic wooden interior with ceiling beams and tables on the streetside deck. The food is based on traditional cuisine from the Neretva River delta in Dalmatia...
