This stand in Shuk HaCarmel, run by Venezuelans, serves quick delicious food at a great price. An arepa is like a pancake made from corn flour which can be filled with cheese, meat, guacamole, and beans (or any combination of those). At Arepa’s they also serve a delicious cachapa, also made from corn flour, filled with grated cheese and topped with a dollop of butter. Price for anything: 25 NIS
