Locals secret! Gorgeous water falls on the Little Truckee River with cliff jumping and multiple natural wading and swimming pools. Perfect place for a picnic. You can park close to the falls, so you don't need hiking boots. Water shoes that stay on (not flip flops) or running shoes are recommended to navigate the rocky terrain. Be sure to check water depths carefully and choose wisely before cliff jumping. Depths vary with the seasons, rains and melting snow pack.
