Great place to visit for wildlife and nature. In addition to the driving tour loop, there are tons of dirt roads and trails that can be accessed by bicycle or on foot. From there, endless opportunities to spot wading and migratory birds, alligators, deer, turkey, and much more.

This is a driver through alligator preserve where you are likely to see big alligators. The road is wide enough for a full sized pickup. I would not advise getting out of your vehicle.
