You can fly into the Gunnison Airport and rent a car on-site. Or ask for the Alpine Express to bring you to the Crested Butte, South Bus Stop. You can walk from there to Wise Acre. Bring your Bike. Put it on the Gunnison to Crested Butte RTA Bus, and ride into the mountains, all around Crested Butte and environs. Or--fly into Denver Int'l Airpor, Colorado Springs Airport or Montrose, CO Airport, or Grand Jct. Airport---then rent a car and you will travel between 3-5 hours, no matter which way you come, through some of the world's most gorgeous Rocky Mtn. and Southwestern landscapes.
