This is a great yoga spot...mindfulness. The studio in on main street in Fallbrook. They also do offsite yoga at local wineries, goat yoga at a cute local farm, and water yoga on paddleboard-like yoga mats. Definitely try or go to. Check schedule or call. It's a great and friendly place for all levels or beginners.. They also have cute stuff to buy if you need and it's very reasonable.
