Quinlan's are a family Seafood business based in Caherciveen managed by Michael Quinlan and his three Sons, Liam Quinlan, Ronan Quinlan and Fintan Quinlan. As well as supplying sustainable, quality Irish seafood to customers all over the world, they also produce award-winning wild and organic smoked salmon. They also have a number of seafood bars serving their fish dotted throughout the county. Quinlans in Killorglin is one of these. Watch out for Quinlan's in Cahersiveen, Tralee, Killarney and Kenmare. Serving everything from your regular deep fried cod, hake and plaice to calamari, salmon and pan friend John Dory. They also come with either hand-cut real chips and / or a salad or home-made mushy peas. Fish cakes, chowder and crab claws are also popular.
