Best eggs, coffee and pancakes. Best breakfast all day! Opposite is laundry room, great spot to wait for a load to wash.

Fun eclectic menu and great local owners. We've eaten almost everything here and everything is yummmm. About a 10 minute walk.

Fun little breakfast joint. The C and M stand for "Chicken" and "Monkey," the nicknames of the owner/chef's two sons. Great food and coffee (they make their own almond milk) at an affordable price.

Gourmet coffee, all day. fresh ingredients. Single owner pop-mom store. great pancakes and fresh fruit to kick the day off. Outside seating available at this Sunny New All Day Eatery. Opposite is coin laundry in case you want a reason to wait.
