Beautiful art deco building, the architectural model for the Empire State Building. Now housing a boutique hotel and upscale restaurant, Katharine Brasserie (named after Katharine Reynolds). Watch out for colored lights on top of the building, according to the season or event

This is a refurbished building now a hotel restaurant and bar, it is worth a look in at the lobby and elevators to see the the art deco walls ceiling and floors.
