Enniscrone’s public sandy beach stretches over a long area of shoreline. It is split near the lower part of the village by a small crossable river, and is watched over by lifeguards in the busy summer

Beautiful long sandy beach, that has enough room for everyone. Great for families and has surfing spots too. It is roughly, 30 mins drive from Pontoon and for a real treat book a seaweed bath with Killcullens Seaweed Bath House. Its a must and one of my favourite treats summer or winter.

Fantastic beach that goes on for miles. Worth a day trip, but go by the coast road (turn left at Beltra) and not the main N59 Sligo to Ballina road, to appreciate the real beauty of the coast

Beautiful long beach for walking and swimming. Also a great swimming pool for those wet days. Great restaurants here also. We reccomend The Waterfront restaurant, "Ait Eile" pub and restaurant, Ocean Sands Hotel bar. Treacys Cafe is great too.
