WALKABLE - forgot some sundries? Or just want a tiny bit of groceries? The Exchange is more bodega (milk/snacks/cheeses/papertowels) than grocery, and also has lovely cocktail mixers to go, or just order a bevvy from them to have onsite there. New as of 2021.
