25 km from alanya center,spectacular view and historical site,make sureyou have water with you and if you like picnic on top of the mountain with beautyful sea view and history make sure you prepare your bags good,to visit the ancient city you prepare to walk some steps up to ancirnt city,wear hats take light weight with you...

İ recommend it because I like it by myself, I really enjoy a views, air, nature and of course Syedra city. Best time to go? Everytime! I'm amazed how big that city was. There are still warking archeological groups. I'm amazed how they cleaned and opening new places there. Syedra have a long history from Lykian perion until Selcuks period. Different periods building, many unexpected ruins, and magic atmosphere! You can get there using a rented car, moped, motorcycle, bycycle etc. I went there with my guest from Austria with rented bycycle, we locked our bycycle in a half way to the Syedra , and walked the half way to the top (yes its hard🙈 but I can make it again and again), after finish the see Syedra city, we went back by bycycle (riding down from the mountain it's a best part of going there😂😂😂⛰️👇🚲such a roller-coaster 🎢😍😍😍). So I can say I can do it everyday, even it's hard by bycycle, but such a lot fun😍 Очень рекомендую посетить данную достопримечательность👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 с города Сиедры ( город находится на горе) открывается замечательные виды на море, на Аланию, на плантации, на другие горы, и конечно же на части города Сиедра. Я посещал данное место несколько раз и эти несколько раз отличались от друг предыдущего посещения. Город большой и там ведутся архиологические раскопки. Постоянно отказываются какие-то новые места. Один раз я посещал Сиедру с гостем из Австрии, мы взяли велосипеды на прокат, доехали до подножья горы за 20 минут, прицепили наши велосипеды на пол пути до пика, а дальше пошли до пика (до Сиедры) пешком (да трудновато, но отлично для здоровья😅😉) после осмотра и прогулки по Сиедре мы спускались вниз пешком и на велосипеде( самая весёлая часть спуска на велосипеде😍😍😍😍🎢👍🏻😂) доехав с ветерком до дома, мы завалили ь спать от усталости, но мы были полны впечатлений, адреналина и радости😁 Также можно до Сиедры доехать на машине, мопеде, мотоцикле.

The structure, collapsed as a result of lightning stroke and built by Alaeddin Keyqubad I in the first half of the 13th century, was reconstructed by Suleiman the Magnificent by using old materials. The building known as Alaeddin or Kale (Castle) or Orta Hisar (Middle Fortress) Mosque, is dated to 16th century by its plan, structure type, shape of dome and arch and stone and wood craftsmenship. The narthex, which is hemisphere dome on the top, divided into three by diagonal arches with a square space and covered with three small domes, forms the main spot of the mosque. Domes are laid with brick but its walls are from partly brick and square stones. A minaret was added to northwestern corner of the harem and a vaulted cistern was constructed opposite of the northeastern corner. Next to the cistern, there is a covered place for performing ablution.
