Great hiking trails. Great beach. Note this is a MI State Park, so a Recreation Passport is required, or a day pass purchased.

When visiting Marquette, be sure to get outside of town to enjoy this beautiful area. Little Presque Isle is a state of Michigan rec area about 5 miles north of town on CR 550. It is a very beautiful section of Lake Superior shoreline with a sandy beach. For the more adventurous, there are a lot of great hiking trails in this area. Check the Marquette Trails App for trail details.
