- At grand floor but only for lunch closed at 2 pm , you can taste very good Italian food and buy fresh vegetable , fruits, bread, cheese …. Don’t forget this experience. -At first Floor you’ll find the renovated market from 10 am to midnight , very nice atmosphere to drink a glass of wine and eat steak , pizza , pasta and much more .

On the upper floor of the Mercato Centrale there is a wide selection of specialty food areas where breakfast, lunch or dinner can be sourced, or you can choose the sit-down restaurant. You can even take part in cooking course upstairs, buy wine or grab an aperitivo and people watch.

It's a food hall with a lot of choices and good products. They sell also the "lampredotto", the famous florentine sandwich: small round bread with the fourth and final stomach of a cow cooked in a tomato sauce. There is also a stand proposing dished with truffles! There is a lovely stand of cheese also where you can ask for a big burrata (kind of mozzarella) with grilled vegetables and of course a pizza counter.
