Costa Rica Sailing Center has it all. Night time activities and sail races, sailing, paddle board during the day.

Offers excursions, diving, and sailing options. Can rent Hobie Cats and stand-up paddleboards or kayaks here. Beachfront, has good restaurant, great sunset evening views. Crowd tends to be very American.
