Awesome boutique theater with couches and chairs downstairs and modern seating upstairs. At $10.00 a ticket probably the cheapest in New Zealand. The first Sunday of every month they have Boutique night. For $25.00 you get ticket, drink, nibbles and then dessert at half time.

Everybody's theatre in Opunake is an elegant historic theatre in Taranaki which has been restored to it's former glory. The historic building, completely restored inside and outside, complimented with the latest digital screen technology and has brand new luxury seating upstairs. In addition to all the latest new releases, the theatre also hosts boutique nights, playing a selection of classic, foreign and fringe films.

This has to be one of the most unusual boutique cinemas in NZ. A wide variety of films from Blockbusters to Art House are shown several nights a week. Created and operated by locals, one adult ticket is only $10 and the seating consists of mostly donated retro armchairs and couches.

This is an old style cinema still up and running. they have couches and armchairs that you can sit back and relax in while watching a mainstream movie. A trip down memory lane and a unique experience.
