Years of erosion have shaped these volcanic rocks into stunning sculptural forms which can be viewed from a range of vantage points and as part of the Kiama Coast Walk. A photographer’s dream – especially at sunrise.
Easy walk from southern end of Jones Beach. Cave located on the southern side of the headland and best accessed on low tide. Great fun for kids
600m away (9 min walk) at the south end of Jones Beach, are the towering basalt rock formations that are as popular with professional photographers as they are with visitors. The work of art you see today is the result of extremely hard volcanic rocks being eroded over millions of years.
