Sweet and savory treats in a cute little town. The maple cream pie is hands down the BEST pie we have ever had.

ON THE MENU (August 2 - 15) Coconut Cream: Lightly sweetened coconut custard, topped with fresh whipped cream and toasted coconut. Cherry Pie: tart, plump cherries, tossed in sugar and sprinkled with spices. Baked under a woven lattice top. Lemon Ice Box: Tangy, smooth lemon filling in a graham cracker crust. Topped with vanilla wafers and whipped cream. Plum Tartlets with honey and black pepper (4"): Juicy plums baked in all butter tartlets, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cracked black pepper. Peach Galettes (9"): Roasted peaches, sprinkled in sugar and baked in a rustic, open face tart. S'more Bites: Little summer delights! Graham cracker crust, a layer of ganache, topped with house made marshmallow fluff and torched to brown. Our savory selection varies daily. Each day we have soup, quiche, hand pies and savory galettes. Here are some examples of what we make: Spanikopita hand pie, mashed potato and caramelized onion galette, beet, goat cheese and thyme galette, zucchini and feta galette, curried chicken hand pie, braised beef hand pie, nigerian meat pie, pulled pork hand pie. Head toward downtown Northampton on the bike path (Manhan Rail Trail), then follow it north toward Florence (a neighborhood of Northampton that has its own small downtown). The Pie Bar features different sweet pies every day, as well as a selection of savory hand pies.
