Right on the Welland Canal at Bridge 13. Outdoor patio available all seasons - in the winter they have bubble pods (igloos), blankets and heaters. Great food and a nice atmosphere. Washrooms are down a set of stairs. Parking is just off Niagara Street at the start of the Division Street Bridge.
