Ten minutes walk from the Red Jet high speed ferry terminal, Cowes high street and the floating ferry to East Cowes. A five minute walk to the nearest supermarket or ten minutes walk into town for more options. A very light and airy first floor flat with a large living room, bedroom with king size bed, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. A small balcony on the front of the flat looks down to the sea.

Our cottage

We have a Recently refurbished 2x bedroom flat which was part of our home, it has it's own entrance with parking space on private drive . The flat also has a kitchen , bathroom , separate shower and lounge . Our house is situated in a quiet location and a 5min drive to our local town which is Ryde. We are on a bus route to many other destinations around the island. Approximately 15mins drive from Fishbourne car ferry , 30mins from east cowes car ferry and 60mins from Yarmouth car ferry.

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

The apartment is situated in the heart of West Cowes, moments from the Red Jet, good quality restaurants, bars, yacht clubs and the sea front. The space has recently been built and is bright and modern. The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linens. There is a large walk-in shower and good quality towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Coffee Machine. The sitting area is complete with nest tables and the wall-mounted TV has Netflix.
