A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
