You will also have access to a big barn out back with bbq grill, firepit, and plenty of lighting. Makes for a perfect place for you and others to relax.

Internet/Wifi equipped with a 55" tv in bedroom and 65" tv in living/dining area. Half bath off kitchen plus a private master bath featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The closet has a custom closet system with full-sized washer and dryer.

Cottage on Summit

Come and relax at the Cottage on Summit. A comfortable little house right off the square in Girard,Kansas There are several little shops,restaurants and a coffee shop about 2 blocks from the house. There is a Sonic,Dollar General,Opies and a grocery store not to far away. Kansas Crossing Casino is 18 miles away. Pitt State University is 12 miles away. We have a pull thru driveway. So it will be easy if you have a boat or trailer to get in and out. We would love to host you!!

Be advised that there are 25 steps, but with a right hand railing, that lead to your destination of stay.

Huge screened porch with a lakeview. Overlook has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and private doors to individual porches. Fun place to stay at the Bourbon Co. State Lake ~ aka Elsmore Lake is a very nice lake for fishing. Boat access is visible from the cabins. We have 3 cabins for rent. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot or Keurig. Cookie sheets, pans, knives etc... Everything you need to cook, bake and create. The photos say it all.... come and relax and come back again.
