Set in a meadow, Clover is one of our three off-grid (electricity and wifi free) domes which offer a perfect opportunity for a digital detox and time to rest, restore and reconnect with yourself. From our wood, there are spectacular views of the South Downs and walks a plenty. We are blessed with dark night skies and offer a perfect spot for stargazing and wildlife watching.

Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.

A Hidden Gem on the Edge of The South Downs

Enjoy a relaxed stay in the former home of Sir Norman Wisdom who lived here from 1958 to 76. It also belonged to Anne of Cleves, wife of Henry VIII. Located in the beautiful village of West Chiltington, on the edge of the South Downs national park, and just 15 miles from the coast, this 1 bedroom, self-contained annexe is a beautiful little cottage. It's ideally placed for walking holidays and is a popular base for all the Goodwood festivals.

The Bowery: dog-friendly, quiet, close to village

Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.

Pinecroft Barn is a custom made upstairs apartment for 2 people with balcony overlooking woodlands and pond. It is set in a tranquil rural setting with access to our 3 acre garden full of many trees, shrubs and plants. Abundant wildlife. Walks straight from the door to the Conservation area behind. If peace and quiet is what you require I am sure that you will enjoy your stay with us.

The cottage is ideally located, only a short drive to the beach and centrally located to lots of major towns including Guildford, Brighton, Chichester and Petworth and only a 1hr train journey to London. It also has some stunning villages in the surrounding areas to explore and there are an abundance of places to visit and enjoy locally; both historically, nature and activity based.
