Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Santa's Hideaway is comfortable little house with beautiful and peacefull surrounding. It has kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, showerroom, sauna and toilet. During wintertime you can also go country-skiing, alight ski trail is pretty close. Apartment is located two kilometers from city centre, 11 kilometers from airport and Santa's willage. The closest grocery store is only 200 meters away.
