Villa Rosa se inspiró en la arquitectura colonial de Antigua, pero con un toque moderno con influencia playera. Ofrece un retiro tipo spa en un rincón escondido de El Paredón. Es el hogar de la residencia de artistas, Studio Luce. Su reserva apoya a la biblioteca local ya que cada mes donamos $500 a Majo la bibliotecaria para mantener la biblioteca y apoyar la educación.
