The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Centrally located 5 mins drive to Salamander Bay Shopping Centre and 5 mins to Nelson Bay Marina.

Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.
