A 1940's cottage right in the heart of quaint downtown East Tawas. East Tawas is located on Michigan’s Sunrise Side. The area is well known for its sparkling turquoise waters and clean public sandy beaches. Just two blocks to Newman St and you can enjoy local shopping and dining or the ice cream and chocolate shops, and the 1935 historic movie theater. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Huron or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the Au Sable River.

Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.
