El pueblo de Richmond está a solo 5 minutos a pie, el parque de ciclismo de montaña Sylvan a 5 minutos en bicicleta, el sendero Great Tast a 5 minutos a pie y el centro acuático a 2 minutos.

The Gardener's Greenhouse es un estudio tranquilo en 2 hectáreas de terreno con vistas a un jardín, humedales y un sendero para bicicletas más allá. Se encuentra en un bloque de estilo de vida en una subdivisión semirural, a medio camino entre Motueka y Mapua, con Kaiteriteri, el Parque Nacional Abel Tasman y Nelson, no muy lejos. Para desplazarte necesitas un coche. Comienza tu Great Taste Trail aquí con productos horneados caseros, una bandeja de desayuno continental para tu primera mañana, huevos de granja, frutas y verduras de temporada de nuestro jardín.

Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.

Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

The Woodsman's Den is a 2 bedroom guesthouse set in your own private corner of our 10 acre property. An amazingly secluded haven that looks out on lush native forest. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.
