DAS ALPIENTE – Seit Januar 2017 vermieten wir eine sehr stilvolle, 100 qm große Erdgeschoss-Ferienwohnung in unserem Urlaubshaus in Sonthofen/Binswangen im Allgäu. Eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen – das besondere Ambiente in den Alpen. Traditionelle Elemente integrieren sich in eine moderne Formensprache, natürliche Materialien schaffen Gemütlichkeit, die hochwertige Ausstattung schenkt das gute Gefühl "zu Hause" zu sein. Appartement in herrlicher Lage & tollem Bergblick

Meine Unterkunft ist direkt an den Allgäuer Alpen. Im Sommer wundervoll zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren / Mountainbiken. Im Winter kann man Skifahren und Langlaufen. Es gibt wundervolle Badeseen, Königsschlösser, mittelalterliche Burgruinen und viele kulturelle Verastaltungen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, freistehenden und unverbauten Lage. Herrlichem Bergblick und wunderschöner Natur. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Du möchtest ein paar erholsame Tage in der Natur und den Bergen verbringen? Dann ist mein Apartment genau richtig - es befindet sich inmitten der Natur (1.2km zum Ortskern) mit Bach direkt vor der Tür! Von hier aus kann man direkt zum Wandern, Biken oder anderen Outdoor Aktivitäten starten. Die idyllische Ferienwohnung "Simis Hüs" liegt zwischen Sonthofen (3 km) und Oberstdorf (11 km) in dem kleinen Dorf Tiefenberg. Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick ins Illertal und auf die Allgäuer Berge. Durch die ruhige Lage könnt Ihr die Seele richtig baumeln lassen. Für Aktivurlauber ist die Ferienwohnung idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren (nächste Bergbahn ist 3 km entfernt), zum Biken, Wandern/Bergsteigen etc.

As soon as you arrive here, you’ll feel immediately relaxed. The air is fresh, the street is quiet and there’s a large green meadow next to the house with cows in summer. You have a breathtaking view on the Alps. The flat is located on the second floor where you can enjoy this view perfectly from our balcony. The flat is fully equipped with a large living- and dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Wohlfühlen im Holzhaus - Casa Linda

In the vacation apartment in my wooden house 'Casa Linda' with a view of the Breitenberg, Kienberg and Falkenstein, you can leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries and get plenty of fresh air under my 400-year-old linden tree. Numerous activities in the varied natural landscape are possible and recommended in the surrounding area in all seasons. The hostess will be happy to provide information ;)

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
