From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. Charming and quaint two-room apartment with fireplace nearby the Old Town, middle of parks and a romantic wooden house area called Kassisaba. Well equipped, ideal for couples and families (1-2 kids). A park for children across the street. Dog park 500 m away. Walking distance to the Old Town 1,3 km and to nearest restaurants 300 m. Trendy Telliskivi area is just a 15-minutes walk away. Parking is available in the yard. A small grocery shop just at the front door and an other one a block away.
