There is a fully equiped do-jo style gym area viewing onto the river, and a shared communal chill out space with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor meals, and enjoying nature.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.
