Fastigheten är omgiven av gröna fält och paddockar. Den fantastiska naturen runt huset är vacker och lugn oavsett årstid. Med endast fågelsång och två grannar på avstånd, ligger det säkert för en lugn vistelse. Men, ändå med närhet till buss, tåg, supermarket, allt på bara 5 minuter med cykel. Centralt, men exklusivt avskilt. Bra läge för både familjer(ej små små barn) och företagare med närhet till hela Öresundsregionen, och 2 flygplatser. Malmö Airport och Kastrup också på köravstånd.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

Från lugnet i skogen till stränderna i Höllviken och Falsterbo på 25 minuter. Njut av lugnet i skogen men där allt finns inom en arms räckhåll.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. This cozy cottage idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking trails, bike trails and horse farms. The city of Malmö is 30km away, the city of Lund 25km away. Malmö airport at 8km, Österlen 50km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 3 bed rooms, as the pictures show, and has got all facilities like washing machine, TV, wifi, air condition and a large living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
