11 Raccoon is located across from Sharc and less than a mile from the Village. While keeping the cozy cabin feel and updating the kitchen and bathrooms, this house is everything you’re looking for to make your stay in Sunriver the best. Amenities include six SHARC passes, two decks, NEW hot tub (November 2021), WiFi, bikes, gas barbecue grill, air conditioning downstairs, wood stove, three televisions with YouTube TV, laundry, games and puzzles. NO pets allowed. Two cars max. No trailers.

Bachelor, 30 minutes to Downtown Bend, 10 minute walk to the Deschutes River, golfing, fishing, hiking, shopping, mountain biking, all a short drive. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony with seating and an electric grill. The property includes a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub that is open year round and laundry facility on property. There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.
