The property is within three miles of Two Mile Run County Park. Two Mile Run County Park is perfect for mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Oil Creek State Park is within 25 minutes which is full of hiking trails. There are three golf courses within 5 minutes. The property is centrally located between Franklin, Oil City, and Titusville. All three towns offer an array of activities, brewery, shopping, coffee shops, and dining. The home has a large deck and fire pit.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch. During the day you can fish, kayak/canoe, wade/swim or just sit and relax watching the water go by. Sit by a campfire in the evenings enjoying the fresh country air.

Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
