YurtSimple is where life slows down and people unplug. It’s forest bathing in nature. It’s getting away from it all to spend time with a partner, by oneself, and sometimes with pets. You’ll be driving past YurtCation (about 300 feet past YurtCation) to get to YurtSimple. YurtCation is 20’ in diameter and YurtSimple is 16’ in diameter. Wood and charcoal are provided. You may cook on the indoor wood stove top, or visit any number of great restaurants 2 miles away. You can even order pizza delivery

Camp Wandawega: Lakeside 3 Bedroom Cabin

Overlooking the lake nestled right behind the main lodge, this cabin has 3 bedrooms, a half bathroom, a seating a room, a basic kitchenette & access to camp showers downstairs. One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). Like all of Wandawega, it’s a back-to-basics, no-frills, primitive experience. Simple rooms, vintage furnishings. There is heat & a couple AC window units.

Escape to this cozy 3-bedroom cabin tucked away in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Surrounded by woods and trees, it's the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a rustic cabin getaway with the comforts of home, including comfortable beds, a full kitchen, WiFi, Smart TVs, window A/C, and wall heaters. Sip coffee on the screened porch, grill on the deck, and unwind by the firepit. This is a true cabin in the woods, surrounded by nature and minutes from lakes, trails, Alpine Valley, and Lake Geneva.

We are lovers of "Lake Life" and want to share our experiences of Turtle Lake with others who love tranquility and time to reflect, but also want to hike at the Kettle Morraine State Forest, enjoy camp fires, tour local historic towns such as Lake Geneva and other sites, fish (including the best ice fishing in the area!), canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, reading, and simply enjoying conversations with friends and family. We recently remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and 2 lower bedrooms.

You're invited to grill in the backyard or make a campfire. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from our deck, or the bar across the street. We're located just 15 min. East of Alpine Valley Music Theater. Turtle Lake, a small spring fed lake, boasts 2 bar & grills. Both serve up delicious Friday Fish Frys, and offer free music on the weekends in the summer.
